Anti-Muslim e-mail doing the rounds (again)

It's a little sad really because whatever you believe about the "holocaust" one thing is for certain and that it was not perpetrated by Muslims. Indeed it appears that Muslims are the ones who have paid the price.
The "holocaust" has not been deleted from British school curriculum and neither have any Muslims requested it to be done.

In fact the government has reaffirmed that in England, teaching children about the Holocaust is compulsory, and it is not banned elsewhere in the UK.

This week, the UK removed The Holocaust from its school curriculum because it 'offended' the Muslim population which claims it never occurred.

This is a frightening portent of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving into it. It is now more than 60 years after the Second World War in Europe ended.

This e-mail is being sent as a memorial chain, in memory of the six million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians, and 1,900 Catholic priests who were murdered, massacred, raped, burned, starved and humiliated while the German and Russia peoples looking the other way!

Now, more than ever, with Iran , among others, claiming the Holocaust to be 'a myth,' it is imperative to make sure the world never forgets. This e-mail is intended to reach 40 million people worldwide! Be a link in the memorial chain and help distribute this around the world.

I have chosen to study the holocaust as part of my A level history course, the class is made up of ethnic minorities and we are fine with studying it. We have come across the holocaust deniers topic and passed it. We also look at how the holocaust was not the first genocide but the first one on this scale etc. We also talk about other genocides such as the Bosnian genocide, Rwanda, Kosovo etc. If anything Muslims should learn more about genocides, then they would see how it can stem from simple things such as propoganda into plans for mass murder.

But it wasn't, estimates of the number of people that died in Soviet gulags range from 30 to 60 million.

I think he is changing topic to talk about Israel and trying to make the point that both sides are attempting to genocide each other.

After all we wouldn't consider the American Civil War as Genocide.

Thanks. Previously I thought genocide only meant the total destruction of an entire ethnic group/tribe/nation. This true definition should be publicised as much as possible along with the references.

The State of Israel is constantly committing and allowing its citizens to commit genocide against the Palestinians according to this. It's not just violent hypocritical oppression, it's ongoing genocide.

Maybe the rulers of the State of Israel ` thought this definition of the crime was a carte blanche to do it. They should get back to the Ten Commandments. All of them.
