    Yes I can cook.

I can cook many things of many different origins. I can make pastries, cakes, Chinese rolls, pies to savoury dishes, like fish, Soup, pasta, gnocchi, pilau, curries, kabsa, risotto, cous cous, stuffed vegetables, fish cakes, Risotto cakes, etc .....English food, European, Turkish, Arabic, Italian, Greek....Mexican the list is endless but I can't make nice Spanish Paella. Usually whatever I put my mind to it.

I cook sometimes out of necessity as I am hungry and at other times becuase I enjoy cooking for others and I like eating nice food cooked from fresh ingredients.

    What can you cook?

i am very impressed Muslimlarki mashAllah! im no way as extensive as you in that arena risotto cakes? how do u make that..?

i can mainly cook asian and english food...so plenty of asian curry, roast and sweet food like sweet pilau etc...although i cannot cook fish properly not like my mother and bhabis..i tend to break the fish into mince :l

english= almost anything really..my favourite is baking, really enjoy baking cakes and biscuits etc

i cook out of pleasure then anything else and for others too my own special delight is simple..i stick with cereal/grilled fish and steamed vegetables..or umm dhaal/veg curry and boiled rice lol

be awesome if anyone can list their favourite dish and the procedure/ingredients

I saw a recipe in my sisters cook book once. So I decided to make it. It's made using risotto rice, you cook it to how you want it and keep it hard not squishy and then shape them into balls, pop a block of cheese in the middle. Dip them in egg crumbs and coat them in bread crumbz and then shallow fry, and serve immediately. I usually improvise and make recipes up as I go along.

glucose seeds..put into water let it get soaked..then into a bowl with sugar, milk [or water ] not too much of it though.. dried coconut powder or grated whichever u prefer...shape into balls [or scoop it into a ball like way and throw into hot oil and umm quick dessert for uninvited guests :l

    house isnt big enough..

if i had the money i would buy a 7 bedroom house and convert at least 4 rooms into aquarium rooms, salt water and freshwater fish, and a tank exclusively for seahorses. that would be heaven... just staring at tropical fish makes me feel good and i go into a dreamy haze, were i assume everything in the world is wonderful........ i would rather watch the aquarium tank for an hour than watch t.v

ps.. you might think i have gone off -topic but i did mention fish which is a source of food.
