For sehri, erm, not much. Just...

...Glass of milk, plate of dates, 6 large slices of cheese and tomatoe pizza - home made, rice and some meat curry, and then drank some home made lassi, and after that, I had some double x - multi-vitamins and supplements, and protien powder drink. Oh, I forgot, I made some Khulfi, so I had 2 of them too.

    See, not much.

    Assalamu Alaykum,

Wow, some people really kick it so early???, I think you need a jog after having what sounds like breakfast and lunch rolled into one, at 4.30 in the morning.

Well, I had two toast (Brown) mind you, one egg, two tiny pieces of Briosh (French sweet bread) with fig jam and a nice cup of green tea. Yam, yam.
Iftar, very hard to move afterwards, phew!!!!!

    Salam

I've been jogging every morning since I was 17. Helps the mind to stay focus and healthy.

You jog after eating all THAT?? Whoho... Well if you can handle it, then why not?

This morning before I woke up for sehri I dreamt of eating peanut butter sandwich so I woke up and guess what I headed for? Hmmm smooth peanut butter on crustless white bread - I had about 4. On the 3 and 4th one I added okra bhaji and it tasted even more yummy. Followed by a slice of mango and plenty of water...

    * Ahem * i hate to be a partypooper, but...

One of the objectives of Ramadan is for us to Cut Back on our eating habits.

We as humans Eat too much, Drink too much and Sleep too much.

So lets not 'stuff' ourselves at Suhoor time, lets cut back abit.

I am speaking to myself before anyone else.

    Wa'salaam.

    Assalamu Alaykum,

You are right, most humans eat and drink more then that is needed (except water). Its strange how in Muslim countries food prices go up in Ramadan? It means people don't cut back! They eat more
