Yep we have a lot of men lol, but way I see this above, is men got a lot of quantity but no quality and women got a lot of quality.

Out of many businesses, the women are more steadfast in these times cause they prepare and have a desire to succeed their counterparts for a very big reason. They're sick of working for men who don't know jack about management.

Totally true but your tarring all women with the same brush. Any woman can go and start their own business, they can become an MP, look at Thatcher! (ok actually dont look at her shes not really the best example). The legal shackles are off and the men that were already high places are slowly being mixed with women. Just like when you open the window it takes time for the air to mix but it happens. A woman doesn't have to choose a husband whos going to drag her down. Most businesses start with a bunch of guys sitting around thinking "we could do that" - there's no reason women cant do the same even the ones who dont see where they are in life.

Most business start with a bunch of guys sitting around thinking of an idea that the "woman had," then get her to do the work, polish the idea, and then sack her, which they did to my wife but they forgot one thing about women too...

Or, they'll have an idea but can't get it to work, so get a "woman" with vicious programming to do it, then fire her. I hear this happens a lot.

But you see, the make one mistake. She opens her own business, does the job better and all their clients go to her. LOL. Which shows, its not about building a business, but keeping it together that is the key.

What's surprising is women sometimes put themselves down and thinking, they can't do this and that but if you look at the home for example;

She manages finances.
She manages the running of the home (which is like running a company)
She communicates with other directors like herself (husband/father, brothers)
She manages to keep the team together (children and husband)
She manages to make sure that aims and objectives are filled (cooling the arguments down)
She manages to be consiste with running, management, logics, of the business through consultation of other directors (doing the day to day home care and debates with husband)
She also manages to have the business stay afloat (the home...is still there and not burnt down0
She manages to do different tasks while the man can only do one at a time. Ask him when he's doing tea to do washing up, put clothes in washing machine, feed the kids, at...the same time. lol. She can and does. lol.

So running a company will be a piece of cake if she jus uses all those skills. To heck with degree or any business certificates.
