Cheers bro'. What a wonderful site.
Those brothers and sisters who havent been should go. Its an awe-inspiring place. And there are quite a number of masjids and halal food places. Grenanda houses the biggest number of muslims anywhere is Spain.
I have shown these to my wife and she definitely wants to go. Better get on to expedia. :)

You're welcome (I might post a 'virtual Nile trip' next).

I've been to Egypt too. What would a "virtual nile trip" entail. Its mind boggling the amount of great architecture that is out there....especially from within the Islamic world.

Thanks for the pics.
Just out of curiosity, can you reccommend decent accommodation and places to eat, etc out there? :)

The whole of the region does. I was in Cordoba and Seville last year (unfortunately a camera problem meant that I lost all the pictures. Well actually I lost the storage during a storm in the Pyrenees when my tent collapsed under the weight of snow!).

JazakAllah khair for the pics.

On that trip, I rented a small house. Best and cheapest way is the private adverts in the Sunday papers etc. Pick the right places and you will be among the locals, much better than the tourist accommodation and cheaper.

You've got some nice photos there. :)
I've always wanted to see Cordoba and Toledo. Might go if I get the chance.
