I find it so hard not to believe, that this was not staged, to show the exact point John Reid was addressing. No way that someone like this guy would be able to come in the same building as the home secretary - unless he was allowed to!!

To be honest, they probably knew someone would come and heckle him, it didn't need to be setup, Reid can handle himself fine under the odds. As he said, it isn't the first time and it won't be the last, Interestingly he did say that the people there were invited in a way that was hinted that they got special invitation, which makes you wonder. The heckler didn't get a script though, invited at worst.

Someone invited or at least tipped off Abu izzeddin, that he would be able to gain open access to John Reids meeting in a hotspot like east london where he came.

Its coincidental, that even Anjem choudhury turned up just after Abu izzeddiin had been evited by police.
