THE war of words between George Galloway and his former Labour colleagues intensified yesterday in Bethnal Green and Bow.
Peter Hain, the Commons Leader, branded the Respect leader "a playboy politician" when he visited the east London constituency where Mr Galloway is fighting to oust Oona King, a government loyalist.
Mr Hain said the voters "need a full-time, hard-working MP" and not someone with the voting record of "a playboy politician".Mr Hain described the Commons attendance of the former Glasgow Kelvin MP as "appalling". He said that, in his last year, Mr Galloway missed more than 97% of Commons votes, never spoke in parliament, and did not ask any questions.
Mr Galloway said he rarely wanted to vote on the side of Tony Blair or the Tories.

Ask him why he can't be bothered attending Parliament and let his previous constituents down so badly.

Roger Godsief, Jewish and Pro Zionist MP, also pro war, voted Against the war, why because he said clearly his constituents did not want to support the war. He listened to his constituents. Do you hear any Muslim organisation saying that he should be removed, because of the Iraq war. NOPE. Why because he listened to his constituents.

Oona only voted to get into Blairs good books, so that she could climb the political ladder. Just after the war, Blair awarded his poodle, OOna Phoona to be PPS. :D:D:D

Mr Galloway said he rarely wanted to vote on the side of Tony Blair or the Tories.

“A vote in the House of Commons is usually a vote for the Prime Minister’s motion or for Michael Howard’s amendment.

“I seldom wish to vote for either.”

So what is the point in standing for Parliament.
He is an absentee playboy.
Do not be taken in.

Respect - judging by what you have said, there is STILL no point in him taking a seat as he will STILL have to vote for a labour motion or a tory amendment!

As someone who is a native, one of my prime concerns is that someone actually does some work for my people here. Not someone who galavants off to his yacht every other day!

New labour will always use that 'oh, vote for us, or you will let the tories in'. They will kill millions of muslims (if they win) in the next four year ... They when its time for elections they will say, oh vote for us, or you will let the tories in ... it has to stop somewhere ... new labour must be punished ...

Yeah, just think ... 26 Respect MP's ... :D

25 lost deposits and one piece of dirt.

She said he later suggested she should go to Beirut and not return to Britain until after the election. “George said it was the intelligence services, his enemies, that were trying to get at me.”

What you call a piece of dirt had more conviction than any Muslim and potential Muslim MP. He went to the nth degree. If you look at Safdar, Khalid Mahmood and a number on Labour PPC siting this time. None of them went to the degree that Galloway did. There political carers meant more to them, than anything else.

Last but not least, Galloway current wife said to him, number of years back, they are not worth it, you are giving to much time to these people, they will never give you that much in return. The moment Galloway stood in Bethnal Green, these words have gone through the back of my mind.

The irony is the most powerful advocates for the Palestine with in the Labour Movement have retired or like George Galloway are fighting for a seat.

One thing I can say about the Zionist Lobby in the UK, the right and left wing (Labour and Conservative) elements have assisted Oona Phooa. Yet when it comes to Muslims they have been nothing other than a shambles. Saying that I respect the Muslims, who have gone out of there way to fight against political injustice, and fighting for George Galloway.

Galloway represented Muslims by supporting the Serb Police.
